1. अत्यंत हार्दिक प्रसन्नता से आपको यह अवगत किया जाता है कि, दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे ने ई- खरीदी प्रणाली (आई.आर.ई.पी.एस.) शुरू कर दी है।
2. ई-निविदा में भाग लेने के लिए क्लास-III बी डिजिटल सिग्नेचर सर्टिफिकेट की बाध्यता है। यह सर्टिफिकेट
www.cca.gov.inमें प्रदर्शित किसी भी लाइसेंसधारी
प्रमाणकर्ता संस्था से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
3. आप वेबसाइट
www.ireps.gov.in । पर जाकर ऑन लाइन पंजीकरण करायें पंजीकरण बिना किसी शुल्क के है, तथा ई-निविदा में भाग लेने के लिए अनिवार्य है। पंजीकरण के लिए निम्न प्रक्रिया का पालन करें।
I. वेबसाइट
www.ireps.gov.in पर जायें।
II. New Vender लिंक को क्लिक करें और पंजीकरण फार्म को भरें, डिजिटल सर्टिफिकेट इलेक्ट्रानिक तरीके से संलग्न (Attach) करें व (Submit) भेज दें। अपना ई-मेल जाँचें, क्योकि आपको पासवर्ड ई-मेल द्वारा भेजा जायेगा। आपका ई-मेल आई.डी. ही आपका IREPS यूजर आई.डी. होगा और आपको भेजा गया पासवर्ड सिर्फ एक बार के इस्तेमाल के लिये होगा। जिसको पहली बार लॉग इन करने के बाद बदलना होगा।
III. इन निविदाओं के लिये दस्तावेजी रूप की बोलियॉ किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं होंगी।
4. यदि आप ई-खरीदी प्रणाली पर जारी की गई निविदाओं के लिए अपनी बोली इलेक्ट्रॉनिक तरीके से नहीं दे पाते हैं, तो रेलवे किसी भी प्रकार से जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
5. द.पू.म.रे. सभी कार्य दिवसों में आपूर्तिकर्ताओं के लिए ई-निविदा प्रणाली के प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था भंडार नियंत्रक कार्यालय में की है। आप सब से अपेक्षा है कि, आप इसमें शामिल हों।

1. We are pleased to inform you that South East Central Railway have launched e-procurement system (ireps).
2. A Class III b digital signature certificate is pre-requisite for participation in e-tendering. This certificate can be had from any of the licensed certifying agencies whose addresses are available on the website

3. You are advised to visit the website
www.ireps.gov.inin and get yourself registered on the website online. This registration is mandatory for participation in e-tendering and free of charge. You can register your firm on the portal by following steps”-
i) Connect to the website http
www.ireps.gov.in
ii) Click “New Vendors” link and fill-in the form digitally sign and submit. Keep on watching your e-mail. The password will be sent to you through e-mail. Your e-mail id will be your IREPS user id and the password sent through e-mail is for you one time use. You can change your password after first login.
iii) Offers in physical format will not be accepted in any case.
4. Railways will not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever, if you are not able to submit your offer electronically against tenders floated on e-procurement system.
5. SECR is also organizing in COS office training for vendors on all working days. You are welcome to participate in it.
